The Badu II Report
You’ll see a few references to this in our questions. The Badu II report updated the original hydrological modelling to take account of recent data (2017-2019) as well as climate change projections. It was downloaded from the dam proponent’s website and you can read it here

NSW New Dams Inquiry
The Murray Darling Basin Authority lodged a concise and readable submission with the NSW New Dams Inquiry, in relation to new dams in the Murray Darling catchment. You can read it at MDBA submission
Right-to-information (RTI) documents
You can see a log of documents provided to applicants by SDRC under the right-to-information laws here RTI log
Generally, any document related to Emu Swamp Dam which has been released under RTI laws is then available to any other person without needing another application. Unless it is costly to copy, most documents are provided at no cost.
